Painted Chipboard is a material which can be obtained after the implementation of primer (coating), paste, double main painting, if design painting will be done ink belongs to that design and as a final coating, varnish with printing cylinder method on raw chipboard.
Primer (coating), paste, main paint and ink which are implemented on the sheet surface are the water-based materials. Varnish which is used in the last stage to give brightness to painted sheet surface and to compose surface resistance against scratching is solvent-based material and the sheet which has been varnish implemented is put under ultraviolet light and the solvent in the varnish is taken away and the varnish is fired.
